Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the hood and body come pre-assembled, you should primarily focus on attaching the legs, side tables, and securing the side burner shelf. Before first use, perform a leak test on all gas connections using a soap-and-water solution.
Care instructions include regular cleaning of the porcelain-coated cast iron grates with a wire brush once the unit has cooled down. The single-layer drip tray should be emptied and wiped clean after every few uses to prevent grease buildup. During the off-season, store the unit in a dry place or use a heavy-duty grill cover to protect the blue and grey finish from the elements. Regularly check the stainless steel burners for blockages in the gas ports.
