Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the maximum 240Hz refresh rate, ensure you are using a high-quality DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 cable connected to a capable graphics card. Once plugged in, navigate to your operating system's display settings to verify that the refresh rate is set to the maximum available.
To maintain the monitor, avoid using abrasive cloths or household cleaners on the screen. A dry or slightly dampened microfiber cloth is best for removing dust and fingerprints. Keep the monitor away from direct heat sources to prevent internal damage to the panel, and utilize the built-in Eyesafe 2.0 settings if you plan on extended use to minimize eye strain.
