FAQs

Can I upgrade the RAM in the future?

Yes, the ASRock B850M Pro-RS motherboard supports memory upgrades if you require more than the included 32GB.

Is this PC VR Ready?

Absolutely. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is designed to handle high-fidelity VR headsets with ease.

What is the power supply rating?

The system includes an 850W power supply, providing plenty of overhead for the current components and potential future upgrades.

Does it come with an operating system?

The Medion ERAZER series typically ships with a pre-installed Windows environment; check your specific packaging for setup details.

How do I control the aRGB lighting?

You can manage the lighting effects through the ASRock motherboard software or the manufacturer's provided utility software.

Troubleshooting

System failing to boot or display signal

Ensure the monitor cable is connected to the dedicated GPU port rather than the motherboard and verify the power supply switch is set to the ON position.

High fan noise or overheating

Check the internal components for dust accumulation and ensure the 240mm liquid cooler radiator is free of debris. Use the system software to adjust fan curves if necessary.

Wireless connection drops

Verify that the included Wi-Fi antennas are firmly attached to the rear I/O panel and update the motherboard's Wi-Fi driver.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptional gaming performance with 7800X3D processor
High-speed 32GB DDR5 memory
Extensive 2TB storage capacity
Advanced cooling setup with liquid cooling and six aRGB fans
Modern connectivity including Wi-Fi 6E and 2.5Gb Ethernet

Cons

Large physical footprint may not fit all desk setups
Glass-panelled case requires frequent dusting
Non-portable design due to high-performance component density

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your system, ensure the desktop is placed on a flat, stable surface with at least six inches of clearance on all sides to allow the intake and exhaust fans to function properly. Upon initial startup, ensure all peripheral drivers are updated via the official manufacturer sites. For care, it is recommended to clean the dust filters monthly to maintain airflow. Avoid using liquid cleaners on the glass side panel; instead, use a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. Because the system is built on the ASRock B850M Pro-RS motherboard, you have a solid foundation for future component upgrades, such as adding more internal drives.
