FAQs

What material is the duvet cover set made from?

The set is crafted from 100% premium Egyptian cotton with a 400 thread count.

What are the exact dimensions of the duvet cover?

The duvet cover is sized for a double bed, measuring 200 cm x 200 cm.

Does the set include pillowcases?

Yes, the 4-piece set includes two standard-sized matching pillowcases, measuring 50 cm x 75 cm each.

What is the depth of the fitted sheet?

The fitted sheet has an extra deep pocket measuring 35 cm, designed to fit mattresses up to that depth.

Is this bedding set safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, the set is Oeko-Tex Complied, meaning it is certified to be free from harmful materials and chemicals, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

How should I care for this Egyptian cotton bedding?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not bleach. Iron on medium heat if necessary.

Will the color fade or the fabric shrink after washing?

The duvet cover set is expertly crafted to be shrink and fade resistant, ensuring long-lasting color retention and fit.

Troubleshooting

Duvet cover feels stiff after washing.

Ensure you are using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners which can reduce the cotton's absorbency and smooth feel over time.

Fitted sheet doesn't stay tucked in.

Verify that the mattress depth does not exceed the 35 cm limit of the fitted sheet. Ensure the sheet is pulled taut and corners are securely fitted.

Colors appear faded after washing.

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Ensure you are not using harsh detergents or excessive bleach. The product is designed to be fade-resistant, so check washing instructions.

Pillowcase size doesn't match pillow.

Confirm your pillow size matches the standard 50 cm x 75 cm dimensions. If your pillows are non-standard, they may not fit perfectly.
