The Hush Puppies Heidi Boots are designed for adults seeking a blend of classic style and practical comfort during colder months. These leather boots excel at providing all-day support through a specialized memory foam interior, though users should be mindful that their tailored construction requires consistent leather maintenance to keep them looking their best.

While the leather provides some protection against the elements, they are not classified as fully waterproof and should be treated with a leather protector spray for better resistance.
The memory foam is integrated into the design for optimal comfort; however, if you require specific orthotics, consult a professional cobbler about customization.
Wipe away dirt with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally. Use a leather-safe cream to maintain the appearance of the red finish.
Yes, the Heidi series follows standard adult UK sizing; however, since they feature a cozy lining, some users prefer to size up if they plan to wear very thick winter socks.
Use a shoe tree or stuff them with acid-free tissue paper to help them maintain their shape when not being worn for extended periods.
Leather will naturally stretch and mold to your feet over the first few wears; try wearing them for short periods around the house to break them in.
Use a matching shoe cream or leather cleaner to buff out minor marks and restore the finish.
This is often due to sweat trapped during long periods of use. Remove the footwear immediately after use and allow them to air out in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours.
To ensure your Heidi Boots remain in peak condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack over time. If they become wet, allow them to air dry naturally rather than using a hair dryer or radiator. We recommend applying a leather conditioner periodically to keep the material supple and water-resistant. Before first use, a light application of a suitable leather protector spray can help prevent scuffs and stains. Always ensure you are wearing appropriate socks for the season to maximize the effectiveness of the textile lining.
