Troubleshooting

Zipper is difficult to close or open.

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax to the teeth to improve smoothness. Check for any damage to the zipper pull or teeth.

Wheels are not rolling smoothly.

Inspect the wheels for any debris or obstructions. Clean the wheels with a damp cloth. If damage is apparent, contact customer support.

Bag feels unbalanced when rolling.

Ensure gear is packed evenly within the bag, with heavier items closer to the wheels and centered. Utilize the interior anchor straps to prevent shifting.

Removable boot bag is hard to fit back inside.

Ensure boots are placed efficiently within the boot bag and that the boot bag's closure is secure. Try different packing arrangements for skis and poles to create more space.
