Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Air Force 1s last, proper maintenance is essential. Upon first use, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension to avoid heel slippage. For cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild, soapy water for the white uppers and avoid putting them in a washing machine, which can damage the glue and structure. Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the white material from yellowing. If you plan to wear them in wet conditions, applying a water-repellent spray can help preserve the material, though wiping them down immediately after is still recommended.
