No, this specific model is not designed for use with induction hobs.
The pot features a specialized rolled edge design specifically engineered to prevent messy drips during pouring.
The handles are riveted for security and are hollow to reduce heat transfer, but we recommend using oven mitts as they may still become hot during extended cooking.
Yes, the pot is dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing can help maintain the polished finish over a longer period.
This stock pot has a capacity of 7 litres, which is ideal for family-sized meals and batch cooking.
Lower the heat setting and ensure you are using enough liquid or fat to coat the base of the pot before adding ingredients.
Use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner to gently buff away spots and restore the polished finish.
Verify that your cooktop is not an induction hob; this pot requires a gas, electric, or ceramic heating element.
Before using the pot for the first time, wash it thoroughly with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. The pot is compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic hobs, but please verify your stove type as it is not induction-compatible. To maintain the polished finish, avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh metal brushes during cleaning. While the pot is dishwasher safe, hand-washing is recommended to preserve the mirror-like shine of the exterior for longer periods. Always dry the pot completely after washing to prevent water spots.
