Troubleshooting
Figurine appears dull or dusty
Gently dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. For more stubborn marks, wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth and dry immediately.
Figurine feels unstable on display surface
Ensure the display surface is completely flat and stable. Consider using a museum putty or a display stand with a secure base to prevent accidental tipping.
Fingerprints are visible on the crystal
Handle the figurine by its base whenever possible. Remove fingerprints by gently wiping with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Accidental contact with chemicals (e.g., perfume)
