Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Marc Jacobs bag remains in optimal condition, treat the exterior material gently. For general maintenance, wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If the zinc hardware shows signs of tarnish, a light polishing with a non-abrasive cloth can restore its shine. When adjusting the strap, avoid forcing the buckle mechanism; instead, ensure the strap is aligned to allow for a smooth slide through the adjustment hardware. Always store the bag in a cool, dry place and use the included dust bag when not in use to prevent color transfer or scuffing from other items.
