Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch comes with its time and chronograph functions pre-set. To set the time, gently pull the crown outwards to the first or second position (depending on the watch's specific crown mechanism) and rotate until the desired time is reached. Push the crown back in to secure.
Compatibility:
As a standalone timepiece, compatibility is not a major concern. The standard strap is designed for wrist wear. Ensure the watch is suitable for your intended activity level, especially concerning water exposure beyond its 100m rating.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and crystal gently with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Strap Care: If the strap is leather, avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture. If it's a different material, follow general watch strap cleaning guidelines.
- Water Resistance: While rated 100m, it's recommended to have the water resistance checked periodically, especially if the watch is frequently exposed to water. Avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged.
