The Nike Moon Shoe OG Trainers are designed for adult females who appreciate Nike's rich heritage and vintage running shoe aesthetics. The key benefit is owning a piece of footwear history, offering a classic 70s runner style with modern craftsmanship. A potential caveat is that these are more suited for collectors and casual wear than high-performance athletic activities due to their historical design. Key features include a durable nylon upper, premium leather accents, a woven logo patch, and the iconic Waffle sole, all presented in a vintage Summit White colourway with Gum Light Brown and Soft Pearl details.

The primary material for the upper is nylon, complemented by leather overlays and a rubber sole.
These trainers are a modern recreation of a historical shoe and are best suited for casual wear, collecting, or light activities rather than competitive running.
Wipe the Waffle sole with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure it is dry before storing.
'OG' typically stands for 'Original Gangster' in sneaker culture, signifying an original or early retro release of a classic design.
The Waffle sole was an innovation by Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman, created by pouring rubber into a waffle iron, providing excellent traction and becoming an iconic feature of Nike shoes.
Yes, the vintage aesthetic makes them versatile for pairing with casual outfits, jeans, or vintage-inspired clothing.
The style code is IW0955-100, which can often be found on the shoe's tag or original packaging.
The Waffle sole is designed for specific grip patterns. Ensure the sole is clean and free from debris. For improved traction on slick surfaces, consider using them in dry conditions.
Creasing can occur with wear. To minimize this, avoid overstuffing the shoes and allow them to retain their shape when stored. Stuffing with shoe trees can help maintain form.
Light wear on leather can add to the vintage character. For more significant scuffs, a leather conditioner suitable for athletic footwear can be used sparingly to maintain suppleness and appearance.
These trainers require no specific setup. They are compatible with most casual attire. To care for your Nike Moon Shoe OG Trainers, use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth is recommended. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the nylon and leather materials. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Ensure they are stored in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain their condition.
