The Regatta Highton Winter Trousers are designed for active children who need reliable warmth and comfort during outdoor activities in colder weather. Featuring durable ISOFLEX active stretch fabric and a soft scrim lining, these trousers allow for full freedom of movement while blocking out the chill. While they are built for winter durability, they are best suited for light to moderate winter conditions rather than heavy-duty alpine mountaineering.

They feature a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, which makes them water-resistant against light rain and moisture, but they are not fully waterproof for heavy downpours.
Yes, they can be machine washed, but it is best to use a low temperature and avoid fabric softeners to protect the fabric's properties.
While they are warm and weather-resistant, they are designed for walking and general outdoor play rather than specialized snow sports.
The scrim lining is a soft, thin, brushed material that provides a layer of insulation against the skin for extra warmth.
The leg pocket features a zip for security, while the back pocket uses a hook & loop fastening.
The DWR finish may have worn off. Apply a technical water-repellent spray or wash-in treatment to restore performance.
Check the internal elastic adjustment if present, or consider pairing with a belt to ensure a secure fit.
To ensure the longevity of the Highton Trousers, it is recommended to wash them in cool water with technical garment detergent to preserve the water-repellent coating. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can strip the DWR finish from the polyester material. Always air dry the trousers rather than tumble drying to protect the integrity of the stretch fabric. Because these trousers feature an elasticated waistband, they are compatible with most standard children's base layers if extra warmth is required.
