The Nike Moon Shoe OG trainers are designed for sneaker enthusiasts and collectors who appreciate historical sportswear design, offering a faithful recreation of the original 1970s running aesthetic. While these shoes provide a unique look and a connection to brand history, they are primarily lifestyle pieces rather than modern performance athletic footwear, meaning they lack the advanced cushioning technologies found in contemporary training gear.

While based on a 70s runner, these are designed as lifestyle pieces and lack the modern support required for professional or frequent running.
Use an old toothbrush and warm soapy water to scrub the grooves in the Waffle pattern.
They generally follow standard Nike adult sizing, but it is recommended to reference the UK 10.5 fit specifications.
Yes, you can swap the factory insoles for third-party inserts if you require additional arch support.
The design incorporates leather accents as part of the authentic 1970s aesthetic.
Use a soft brush to gently remove surface debris, followed by a light wipe with a damp cloth.
Apply a mild leather conditioner suitable for footwear to maintain the suppleness of the overlays.
Use wooden shoe trees when not in use to help the shoe retain its original shape.
To keep your Moon Shoe OGs in excellent condition, treat them as you would any vintage-style collector item. Because the upper features nylon and leather, avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial washing machines which can damage these materials. Instead, spot clean with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution. Ensure the shoes remain dry; if they become wet, stuff them with paper to maintain shape and let them air dry away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack.
