FAQs

How do I clean the suede upper?

Use a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth to gently clean the suede. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material.

Are the Tokio Clogs suitable for wide feet?

The Tokio Clogs have a narrow fit. If you have wide feet, consider a different Birkenstock style or a size up.

What is the warranty on Birkenstock Tokio Clogs?

Birkenstock offers a warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact Birkenstock customer service for specific warranty information.

Can I wear these clogs in wet conditions?

While the suede upper is durable, it is not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions. Apply a suede protectant spray for added water resistance.

How should I store my Tokio Clogs?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the suede and insole.

What is the lifespan of the clogs?

With proper care, the Birkenstock Tokio Clogs can last for several years. The longevity depends on how often you wear them and how well you maintain them.

Troubleshooting

The clogs feel too tight.

Adjust the buckles to loosen the fit. Consider sizing up if necessary, as the fit is narrow.

The suede is stained.

Use a suede cleaner or a soft brush to gently remove the stain. Follow up with a suede protectant.

The cork insole feels uncomfortable.

Wear the clogs regularly to allow the insole to mold to your foot. This break-in period can take some time.
