It is recommended to replace the toothbrush head every 3 months to ensure optimal cleaning performance and gum health. Replace sooner if the bristles become visibly frayed.
A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides up to 90 days of regular use, depending on usage frequency and mode selection.
The toothbrush offers five modes: a standard 'Clean' mode for daily use, a 'Sensitive' mode for gentle cleaning, and a 'White' mode to help remove surface stains. Specific names for other modes may vary but are designed to cater to different oral care needs.
The product description states it is suitable for adults and children. However, for children, supervision and guidance on proper usage are recommended.
Yes, you can use your regular toothpaste with the YTEATH PRO Sonic Electric Toothbrush. Apply a small amount to the brush head before starting.
The toothbrush handle is designed to be water-resistant for typical bathroom use, but it should not be submerged in water. Rinse the brush head thoroughly after each use and wipe the handle with a damp cloth.
The 30-second indicator is part of the 2-minute timer. It pulses to remind you to move to a different quadrant of your mouth, ensuring you dedicate adequate brushing time to all areas.
Ensure the toothbrush is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and check if the charging indicator lights up. If it still does not turn on after charging, contact customer support.
Verify that the brush head is securely attached. If the issue persists, the brush head may need replacement, or the battery may be low and require charging.
Ensure your fingers are dry when pressing the buttons. If the buttons are still unresponsive, try charging the device fully. If the problem continues, contact support.
Check that the charging cable and power adapter are properly connected to both the toothbrush and a working power outlet. Try a different power outlet or adapter if possible.
