HOKA Mafate Speed 4 Lite - Hiking Shoes - Beige - White - Size 7

The HOKA Mafate Speed 4 Lite is designed with a ripstop nylon upper that offers some water resistance, but it is not fully waterproof. They are best suited for conditions where breathability and quick drying are prioritized over complete water immersion.

The 'Lite' version emphasizes a more minimalist design and potentially even lighter weight, while retaining key trail-ready features. It aims to blend outdoor capability with a more contemporary, street-style aesthetic.

While primarily designed for trails, the Mafate Speed 4 Lite can be used for shorter distances on roads. However, for dedicated road running, shoes with more specific road cushioning might be more suitable.

Refer to HOKA's sizing chart and your usual shoe size. It's recommended to try them on if possible, paying attention to length and width, especially if you have wider or narrower feet.

Litebase is a technology used by Vibram that significantly reduces the weight of the outsole while maintaining its integrity and performance characteristics, such as grip and durability.

Clean your shoes as needed, especially after exposure to dirt or mud. Regular light brushing can help maintain their appearance and function.

Adjust the lacing system to achieve a secure but comfortable fit. If the issue persists, consider if this is the correct size or width for your foot.

Ensure the outsole is clean of mud, dirt, or debris that could affect traction. For excessive wear, the outsole may need replacement (consult a professional).

Break in the shoes gradually. If discomfort persists, the shoe's cushioning level may not be suitable for your specific needs or activity duration.
