FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for outdoor basketball?
These shoes are primarily designed for indoor court performance. While they might be used casually outdoors, the outsole may wear down faster on abrasive surfaces.
How do I determine the correct size?
Refer to the sizing guide provided by the retailer or brand. Ensure a snug fit that allows for toe room without being loose.
What is the return policy?
Please refer to the Drop Zone's return policy for details on returns and exchanges. Typically, new and unused items in original packaging are eligible.
Can I wash these shoes in a washing machine?
No, do not machine wash or dry the shoes. Cleaning should be done by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
What is the main difference between the Luka .77 PF and other Jordan models?
The Luka .77 PF is specifically designed to meet Luka Dončić's performance needs, often featuring a unique blend of cushioning, support, and materials tailored for his playing style.
How long should I expect these shoes to last?
Durability depends on usage frequency and intensity. With proper care and regular indoor play, they are designed to offer good performance over a season or more.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel stiff during initial wear.
The shoes may require a break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially and gradually increase wear time. Gentle flexing of the shoe can also help.
Traction seems reduced on certain court surfaces.
Ensure the outsole is clean and free from dust or debris. Wipe the soles with a damp cloth if necessary. Performance may vary on outdoor or unusually dusty surfaces.
Color appears different from online images.
Variations in lighting and screen settings can cause colors to appear differently. Refer to the product description for the official colorway (Black/White/Red).
