FAQs
Can I put these shoes in the washing machine?
While some Skechers models are machine washable, we recommend hand cleaning with a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the Heel Pillow.
Are these shoes suitable for running?
No, these are designed as casual walking shoes and do not provide the necessary stability for running or high-impact athletic activities.
Do I need to break these shoes in?
The memory foam and flexible materials are designed to be comfortable immediately upon first wear, requiring minimal to no break-in period.
Is the insole removable?
Yes, the Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole can be removed if you need to use a custom orthotic.
How should I store them when not in use?
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the materials from fading or breaking down prematurely.
Troubleshooting
Heel feels loose
Ensure you are stepping firmly into the center of the heel cup. If looseness persists, check if the shoe size is correct for your foot width.
Insole feels compressed
Remove the insole and allow it to air out for 24 hours. If it remains flat, consider replacing the insert with a standard athletic insole.

- Avoid machine washing if possible to preserve the shape of the Heel Pillow.

- Air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage.
- Rotate your shoes periodically to allow the memory foam insole time to recover its shape.
