Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure all 8 spikes are securely screwed into the designated eyelets before use. Check that they are snug but do not overtighten. The lacing system should be adjusted for a snug, secure fit without causing discomfort or restricting circulation.
Compatibility: These trainers are optimized for synthetic athletic tracks and other similar competition surfaces. They are not recommended for use on hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or grass, as this can damage the spikes and affect performance.
Care: After each use, remove any dirt or debris from the sole and spikes. If the shoes become dirty, clean them with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or submerging them in water. Store the trainers in a cool, dry place, ideally with a shoe bag, and ensure spikes are removed or covered if storing for extended periods to prevent damage to the shoe material or storage surfaces.
