FAQs

Is this jacket machine washable?

Due to the delicate nature of the faux fur, professional dry cleaning is highly recommended to prevent damage to the material.

Can I wear this in the rain?

This jacket is not waterproof. Light moisture may be brushed off, but heavy rain could cause the faux fur to clump and lose its texture.

How should I store the jacket?

Hang it in a cool, dry place on a wide-shouldered hanger to help the jacket maintain its shape and keep the fur from getting compressed.

Is the jacket true to size?

The jacket is designed for a standard fit, but because it is meant for layering, if you prefer a very loose fit, you may want to consider your layering needs.

Does the collar stay up when unzipped?

The collar is structured to provide a sleek look, but it performs best as a stand-up feature when the zipper is partially or fully closed.

Troubleshooting

Faux fur looks matted or flat

Gently shake the garment to fluff the fibers. You can also lightly brush the fur in the direction of the nap using a soft-bristled garment brush.

Stubborn stain on white fabric

Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. Take the garment to a professional dry cleaner and specify that it is a synthetic faux fur item.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality, comfortable faux fur construction
Stylish and modern design suitable for layering
Adjustable stand-up collar for added neck warmth
Distinctive brand detailing with the back embroidered logo
Neutral white color allows for easy outfit coordination

Cons

Material requires careful cleaning and maintenance
Not intended for heavy-duty outdoor winter weather
The white color is susceptible to dirt and stains
Faux fur may lose texture if exposed to high heat

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your jacket looking its best, avoid exposing it to direct heat sources like hair dryers or radiators, as this can damage the fibers of the faux fur. When storing, ensure it has enough room in your closet to hang freely so the fur does not become crushed. For cleaning, professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the integrity of the synthetic fur. If the jacket is spot-soiled, use a soft, damp cloth to gently blot the area rather than rubbing, which could cause the fibers to tangle.
