These trainers are primarily designed for road running and firm surfaces. For trail running, a shoe with more aggressive traction and protection is recommended.

Clean the shoes with a damp cloth or soft brush. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals. Allow them to air dry naturally.

The Speedboard is a plate engineered to enhance propulsion and provide a smooth, rolling transition through each step.

The knit mesh upper provides a breathable and adaptive fit. While comfortable, significant structural support comes from the midsole and Speedboard.
