Troubleshooting
Chair height keeps sinking
The gas lift cylinder may be worn; check if the seat is installed correctly or contact support for a replacement part under the 5-year mechanical warranty.
Backrest feels too loose or too stiff
The auto weight tension control is designed to calibrate to your weight; ensure you are sitting fully back in the seat to allow the mechanism to register your weight correctly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward, requiring the connection of the base, gas lift, and seat mechanism. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly during setup to maintain structural integrity. For daily care, use a soft, damp cloth to clean the frame. The fabric and foam seat should be vacuumed regularly to remove dust. While the chair is designed for standard office heights, verify your desk clearance before finalizing the gas lift installation. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the fabric's long-term durability and the Greenguard-certified foam quality.
