Crocs recommends sizing down one full size from your child's regular shoe size for the best fit.
It is recommended to hand wash them using mild soap and water rather than using a washing machine, which may use excessive heat.
Yes, they are water-friendly, buoyant, and designed to dry quickly.
Jibbitz are small decorative charms that fit into the ventilation holes of the clogs for customization.
The heel straps are pivoting, meaning they can be moved forward over the instep or pulled back to secure the heel, but they are not adjustable in length.
Ensure the heel strap is in the down position for a more secure fit; if it is still too large, consider sizing down.
Ensure the stem of the charm is fully pushed through the hole until the base is flat against the surface of the shoe.
Remove the shoe and wipe the interior dry with a towel; the textured footbed is designed for drainage but can trap water.
Because these are slip-on shoes, there is no assembly required. However, achieving the right fit is essential. Crocs generally recommends sizing down one full size from your child's standard shoe size.
To clean your clogs, use mild soap and cold water. Avoid exposing the shoes to extreme heat, such as leaving them inside a hot car or in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the Croslite material to warp. To customize, simply push your preferred Jibbitz charms into the holes on the top of the clog until they snap into place.
