Fan is making unusual noise

Check for any obstructions around the fan blades or grille. Ensure the fan is placed on a stable, level surface. If the noise persists, contact customer support.

Remote control is not responding

Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan's sensor. Try operating the fan using the touch control panel to confirm the fan unit is functional.
