Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Before first use, ensure the laces are threaded correctly and evenly. When putting on the boots, pull the tongue up and secure the laces firmly but comfortably to ensure a snug fit that supports the foot without restricting circulation. Experiment with lacing tightness to find the most secure yet comfortable fit for your child.
Compatibility
These boots are designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches, which are typically natural grass fields that are dry or slightly damp. Using them on artificial turf (AG), hard ground (HG), or indoor surfaces is not recommended as it can damage the studs and reduce performance. Ensure the playing surface matches the boot's design for optimal grip and to prolong their lifespan.
Care
- After each use, remove loose dirt and mud by gently tapping the boots together or using a soft brush.
- Wipe the synthetic upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh cleaning agents.
- Remove insoles and allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do *not* use direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Store boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Periodically check laces for wear and replace them if frayed.
