Nike Air Rift - Black - UK 6

The split-toe design is unique and may require a short adjustment period. Most users find it comfortable and beneficial for natural foot movement once accustomed to it.

While they offer good cushioning and flexibility for various activities, they are best suited for shorter runs or training sessions. For ultra-marathons, a shoe with more specialized support might be preferable.

Use a soft brush to remove dry dirt. For stains, a damp cloth with a mild soap and water solution is recommended. Always air dry.

The primary benefit is enhanced foot flexibility and a more natural range of motion, allowing toes to spread and move independently, which can improve balance and comfort.

Due to the split-toe design, traditional socks are not compatible. They are designed to be worn barefoot or with specialized tabi-style socks if desired.

The Nike Air Rift is designed for athletic training, casual wear, and activities that benefit from enhanced foot flexibility and a natural feel. It's also a popular fashion item.

Wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow your feet to adjust. Ensure the strap is not too tight, which can exacerbate discomfort.

Adjust the hook-and-loop strap for a customized fit. Ensure all toes are correctly positioned within their respective sections of the split-toe.

While designed for durability, prolonged intense use can reduce cushioning effectiveness. Consider rotating with other footwear for extended shoe life.

Follow the recommended cleaning instructions using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
