This Stone Island hooded sweatshirt is designed for active kids who value both comfort and iconic style. Crafted from premium garment-dyed cotton fleece, it offers a soft, lived-in feel right out of the box, making it an excellent daily staple for school or play. However, parents should note that the specialized garment-dyeing process requires specific care to preserve the depth of the grey color over time.

It is not recommended. Air drying is the safest method to maintain the fabric quality and the garment-dyed appearance.
Garment-dyed clothing is intended to have a unique, lived-in look. Washing inside out in cold water will help minimize unexpected fading.
The cotton fleece is quite breathable, making it suitable for cooler summer evenings, but it is primarily designed as a layering piece for spring, autumn, and winter.
Spot treat gently with a mild, pH-neutral soap. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this can affect the garment-dyed color consistency in that specific area.
Gently use a fabric shaver to remove surface lint, or wash inside out inside a laundry mesh bag.
Avoid high-heat tumble drying; instead, hang to dry or use a low-heat setting to restore the fleece texture.
To ensure the longevity of the garment-dyed finish, it is essential to follow proper care protocols. Always wash the sweatshirt inside out to protect the surface fibers. Use a cold water cycle with mild detergent, avoiding harsh bleach or stain removers that could compromise the unique color profile. Air drying is highly recommended to prevent shrinkage and to preserve the soft hand-feel of the fleece. Because the item is garment-dyed, you may notice slight color variations, which is a signature characteristic of this production technique rather than a defect.
