The upper is made of suede, which is not inherently waterproof. We recommend treating the boots with a water-repellent spray.
No, machine washing can ruin the suede and the wool lining. Use professional suede cleaning methods or a soft brush.
Store them in a dry place away from direct heat or intense sunlight to prevent the suede from fading or drying out.
The Ugg Classic design is generally generous in fit, but the internal wool lining will compress over time, creating more space.
Simply grip the loop at the back of the heel while inserting the foot to help guide the heel into the boot effortlessly.
Suede naturally softens with wear; ensure the size is correct and wear them indoors for short periods to break them in.
Use a specialized suede brush or a clean, soft eraser to gently rub away dry dirt or marks.
Because these boots feature a suede exterior, it is highly recommended to apply a suede-specific water and stain repellent before the first wear. To clean, use a soft suede brush to gently remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the boots in water or putting them through a washing machine, as this can damage the suede and the internal wool lining. Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain their color and integrity.
