Troubleshooting
Candle holder is wobbly
Ensure the candle holder is placed on a perfectly flat and stable surface. Check if the base is clean and free from debris. The design inherently provides stability, so wobbling often indicates an uneven surface.
Polished surface appears dull or smudged
Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and then buff dry with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Candles do not fit securely
Ensure you are using standard taper candles. If the fit is slightly loose, a small amount of wax dripped into the holder before inserting the candle can help secure it. Ensure candles are inserted straight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply place the Abbracciaio Candle Holder on a stable, flat surface. Insert two standard taper candles into the designated holders. Ensure candles are centered and straight for optimal burning and stability.
Compatibility: This candle holder is designed for standard taper candles. It is compatible with most home decor styles due to its contemporary and artistic design.
Care: To maintain the polished aluminium finish, wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. If fingerprints appear, a gentle polish with a microfiber cloth should restore its shine.
