FAQs
Can I wear these in salt water?
Yes, they are designed for water use, but be sure to rinse them thoroughly with fresh water after exposure to salt to prevent material breakdown.
Are they true to size?
The Whisper series generally follows standard sizing, providing an ergonomic fit that hugs the foot.
Do I need to wear socks with these?
These are designed to be worn without socks, but they can be worn with lightweight synthetic socks for added warmth if desired.
Are these sandals waterproof?
They are water-ready and constructed from quick-drying materials, though they are not technically waterproof like a rubber boot.
Can I use these for long-distance hiking?
They provide great support for day hikes and active use, though heavy-duty backpacking may require specialized hiking boots.
How do I ensure the best fit for my arch?
The contoured footbed is designed to support the natural arch; ensure the bungee is cinched correctly so the arch support aligns properly with your foot.
Troubleshooting
Bungee laces feeling too loose or tight
Adjust the cinch toggle while the sandal is on your foot to find the desired tension, then tuck the excess lace if necessary.
Sandals accumulating debris in the footbed
Remove the sandals and rinse with clean water to flush out dirt or pebbles caught under the straps.
Odor buildup after heavy use
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle using mild soap, then let them air dry in a well-ventilated area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To get the best fit, adjust the bungee lacing system so the sandal feels snug against your heel and midfoot. For care, these sandals are machine washable on a gentle cycle with a small amount of detergent; ensure you air dry them away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the materials. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as this can degrade the Eco Anti-Odor treatment and the webbing. Regularly inspect the outsole for trapped debris to ensure the grip remains optimal for your next outing.
