No, the heating element requires hard-wiring into your electrical system and must be installed by a qualified electrician for safety and compliance.
The radiator is powered by an 800W ECOSO thermostatic WiFi heating element.
You can control the radiator using the free ECOSO app on your smartphone or tablet, provided it is connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
Please refer to the retailer or manufacturer's documentation for specific warranty details, as these can vary.
With an 800W output, it is best suited for medium-sized rooms or as supplementary heating in larger spaces. For larger rooms, consider multiple units or a higher output model.
This specific model is in white. Other colour options like Black and Anthracite may be available in the Milano x ECOSO Alpha range.
It is recommended to clean the radiator surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth to maintain its appearance and prevent dust buildup.
Check if the heating element is properly hard-wired and powered. Verify Wi-Fi connection status via the app. Ensure the correct mode (e.g., Comfort, Eco) is selected and not in a scheduled off-period.
Ensure your smartphone/tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the radiator. Restart the radiator by switching off the circuit breaker for a minute, then restoring power. Check your Wi-Fi router for issues.
Ensure the radiator is not placed near direct heat sources or drafts that could affect its internal thermostat. Clean any dust buildup around the thermostat sensor.
Refer to the ECOSO app or manufacturer's documentation for specific error code meanings and troubleshooting steps. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
