Sonnet Twin25G Dual-port 25GbE Thunderbolt Adapter. This adapter provides incredible 25GbE connectivity over Thunderbolt, ideal for bandwidth-intensive workflows that require more speed than 10Gb Ethernet. It's a cost-effective solution for adding fast fiber optic 25GbE network connectivity to Mac, Windows, or Linux computers with Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 ports. The compact and nearly noiseless design ensures it fits easily into most workspaces while maintaining quiet operation. Everything needed for connection is included, such as a 40Gbps Thunderbolt cable and SFP28 modules. The adapter achieves efficient performance with minimal host CPU load thanks to its smart controller with onboard memory. It supports backward compatibility with 10GbE, allowing integration with existing 10GbE infrastructure and future upgrades. Compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux computers featuring Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 3 ports. The adapter also offers additional features like dual 40Gbps Thunderbolt ports (one for computer connection, one for devices or displays), 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 support, 15W power delivery, and support for connecting one up to 8K display.
