Wipe the wallet with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap.

Check for any obstructions. Gently try to open it while applying a small amount of pressure. If it persists, consult a Mulberry specialist.

Handle the wallet with care, avoid sharp objects, and use a leather conditioner regularly.

The leather is not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally, away from heat.

Consult a Mulberry store or authorized repair service for any necessary repairs.

Store your wallet in its dust bag when not in use, in a cool, dry place.

Ensure the lock is properly aligned. If necessary, gently lubricate the mechanism with a leather-safe product.
