Troubleshooting
The food processor won't turn on.
Ensure the work bowl and lid are properly locked into place. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into both the food processor and the electrical outlet. If the issue persists, check your circuit breaker.
Food is not processed evenly.
Make sure you are not overfilling the work bowl. Cut ingredients into uniform sizes and use the pusher tube to guide the food. Try pulsing the machine instead of running it continuously.
The blade is not spinning.
Ensure the blade is properly attached to the spindle. Check if any large pieces of food are jamming the blade. Turn the machine off and unplug it before attempting to remove any obstructions.
