Troubleshooting
Cushion appears flat or misshapen
Gently fluff the cushion by hand to redistribute the filling and restore its shape. If the cover is removable, ensure the filling is evenly distributed within the cover.
Velvet texture looks crushed or uneven
Lightly steam the affected area from a distance (do not let the iron touch the fabric) or gently brush the velvet nap with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the pile.
Minor stain on the cushion
For small, fresh stains, use a clean, slightly damp cloth to gently blot the area. Avoid rubbing. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first. Always follow with dry cleaning for thorough cleaning.
