The lace-up system allows for some adjustment, but the fit is designed for standard width. If you have particularly wide feet, we recommend trying them on if possible.

The memory foam insole is not typically removable for washing. To refresh it, remove the trainers and allow them to air out in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct heat or moisture.

The trainers feature a water-repellent suede upper, making them suitable for light rain or damp conditions. However, they are not waterproof and prolonged exposure to heavy rain is not recommended.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using shoe trees can help maintain their shape. Avoid storing them in plastic bags, which can trap moisture.

The sole is made of TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), which is known for its hardwearing and comfortable properties.

Suede trainers, especially with leather linings and memory foam, often require minimal break-in. Wear them for short periods initially and gradually increase wear time as they conform to your feet.

Adjust the lace tension to achieve a comfortable fit. Ensure the side zippers are fully closed after adjusting laces.

Use a dedicated suede brush to gently lift dirt. For persistent marks, consult a suede cleaner and test on a small area first.

Ensure there are no obstructions in the zipper track. Check for loose threads that might be caught. If the zipper is stiff, a small amount of graphite (pencil lead) on the teeth may help.

Allow trainers to dry thoroughly. Consider reapplying a suede protector spray specifically designed for footwear.
