How should I clean the fabric?

Troubleshooting
Umbrella will not stay open
Ensure the runner is pushed all the way up the shaft until it audibly clicks into the locking notch.
Stiff opening mechanism
Ensure no fabric is caught in the ribs near the runner and gently shake the umbrella to loosen the canopy folds before opening.
Umbrella canopy is inverted by wind
Do not force it back; gently collapse the umbrella by pulling the runner down, then reopen it carefully to reset the flexible ribs.
Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Kimood umbrella, follow these care steps:
- Opening: Slide the runner up the metal shaft until it clicks into the locked position.
- Closing: Press the release button on the runner and slide it down toward the handle.
- Drying: Always leave the umbrella open in a well-ventilated area until it is completely dry before folding it. This prevents the fabric from developing odors or mildew.
- Storage: Once dry, fold the fabric neatly and secure it with the strap before placing it into the provided sleeve.
