No, you should never submerge leather boots in water or use a washing machine. Always clean by hand using a damp cloth.
While the leather construction is durable and weather-resistant, they are not strictly waterproof; regular conditioning is recommended to maintain performance.
Simply fold the padded collar down to the desired height to switch from the high-cut profile to the folded-over look.
The OrthoLite Impressions footbeds are designed for integrated comfort, but they can generally be removed if you require custom orthotics.
Store them in a cool, dry place with a shoe tree or stuffed with paper to help the boot maintain its shape.
Leather requires a break-in period; wear them for short durations indoors to help the leather and memory foam adapt to your foot shape.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface immediately after exposure to mud or salt.
For the best initial fit, ensure the laces are fully loosened before stepping in, then tighten to your preferred tension once your heel is seated. Because these are made from genuine leather, it is important to treat them before first use with a leather protectant spray. For ongoing maintenance, wipe the boots down with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and dust after each wear. If the leather begins to look dull or feels stiff, apply a high-quality leather conditioner to keep the material supple and water-resistant. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
