FAQs

How many people can sit on the Preston sofa?

The sofa is designed to seat up to six people comfortably due to its expansive U-shaped layout.

What are the overall dimensions?

The sofa measures 307cm in width and 164cm in depth on both corner sides.

Is the sofa delivered as one piece?

No, it is delivered in three separate parts to make delivery into your home easier.

How do I clean the jumbo cord fabric?

Regular vacuuming is recommended. For spills, blot gently with a clean, dry cloth; avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing the material.

Are the back cushions fixed?

No, the Preston features a scatter-back design, meaning the cushions are loose and can be adjusted for your comfort.

Troubleshooting

Cushions feel uneven or flat

Remove the covers periodically and fluff the inner cushions, then redistribute the filling manually before replacing them.

Check the underside of the sofa to ensure the locking mechanisms connecting the three segments are fully engaged and tightened.

Pros and Cons

Large seating capacity comfortably fits six people
Soft-touch jumbo cord fabric is comfortable and durable
Modular delivery in three parts simplifies installation

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

When planning for this sofa, ensure your living area can accommodate the 307cm x 164cm x 164cm dimensions. While the delivery process is simplified by the three-part modular design, measure your hallways and door openings before arrival to ensure seamless movement. To maintain the appearance of the jumbo cord fabric, vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing. Periodically plump the scatter-back cushions to keep them supportive and prevent them from appearing flat.
