The Korsteel JP Flexi Bits are made from hi-tech plastic moulded around a core of stainless steel for durability. The flexi mouthpiece is warmer than traditional stainless steel, encouraging acceptance and making it ideal for young or sensitive horses. The Full Cheek Snaffle acts on the roof and bars of the mouth, with a single joint creating a nutcracker action. Full cheeks aid steering, making it suitable for young horses and ponies starting their ridden career. This bit is dressage legal. The full cheek bit has narrow arms that prevent the mouthpiece from slipping and emphasize turning aids. Flexi mouthpieces are soft and warmer than metal, ideal for sensitive mouths. The unique joint provides a nutcracker action exerting pressure on the tongue, bars, and palate.
