Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Proper preparation is key for the best results, even with a one-coat paint:
- Clean the Surface: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, or loose flaking paint. Use a mild detergent if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
- Fill and Sand: Fill any holes or cracks with an appropriate filler and sand smooth once dry. Remove all sanding dust.
- Prime (if necessary): For new, bare, or very porous surfaces, or if painting over very glossy surfaces, a suitable primer or undercoat is recommended to ensure optimal adhesion and finish. For bare metal or certain plastics, a specialized primer may be needed.
- Masking: Use painter's tape to protect skirting boards, architraves, and other areas you don't wish to paint.
- Stir Well: Before use, stir the paint thoroughly to ensure a consistent color and smooth application.

This paint is designed for a wide range of interior surfaces including:
- Walls
- Ceilings
- Interior wood (e.g., skirting boards, door frames, furniture - generally requires priming)
- Interior metal (e.g., radiators - generally requires priming)
It is specifically formulated for interior use only.
Care
- Cleaning Painted Surfaces: For day-to-day cleaning, simply wipe painted surfaces with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Its washable and stain-resistant properties make maintenance easy.
- Storing Leftover Paint: Store any unused paint in its original container, tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and frost. Do not allow the paint to freeze.
- Cleaning Tools: Clean brushes and rollers immediately after use with warm soapy water.
