FAQs
Is this tap suitable for low-pressure systems?
Waterfall taps generally perform best with standard to high-pressure plumbing; please consult a plumber to check your home's specific pressure rating.
What is the warranty period?
The product is backed by a 3-year manufacturer guarantee covering functional defects.
Does this include the shower head and hose?
Yes, the product is a complete bath shower mixer set, which includes the necessary components for the shower functionality.
Can I use harsh chemical cleaners on the bronze finish?
No, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads as these can damage the finish and void the appearance-related aspects of your warranty.
How do I switch between the bath filler and the shower?
The unit features an integrated diverter mechanism that redirects water flow from the main waterfall spout to the shower handset.
Troubleshooting
Weak water flow from the waterfall spout
Check that the water pressure is sufficient and ensure no debris is trapped in the spout aerator or supply lines.
Inconsistent water temperature
Verify that the thermostatic cartridge is seated correctly and that supply lines are balanced; if the issue persists, the cartridge may need cleaning or replacement.
Leaking at the base of the handles
Tighten the retaining nuts on the valves or replace the internal seals if they appear worn or damaged.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This mixer tap is designed to be compatible with most standard residential plumbing systems. Before installation, ensure that your water pressure meets the minimum requirements for a waterfall-style spout to function correctly. It is recommended to flush the pipes before fitting the unit to prevent debris from damaging the internal thermostatic cartridges. For long-term care, clean the unit regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild, non-acidic soap to prevent the buildup of mineral deposits and to preserve the bronze finish. Always ensure that the threaded connections are properly sealed with plumbing tape to prevent leaks at the wall or tub mounting points.
