Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because these boots feature a pull-on design, there is no mechanical setup required; however, you may want to use a shoehorn during the first few wears to avoid crushing the heel counter while the leather softens. To maintain the appearance of the leather, wipe them clean with a damp cloth after exposure to salt or dirt. For long-term protection, apply a leather conditioner periodically to prevent cracking. Due to the platform lug design, these boots are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the elasticity of the side gussets.
