FAQs

How do I clean the boots?

Wipe the boots with a damp cloth. For tougher dirt, use mild soap and water.

Are the boots insulated?

The boots provide waterproof protection, but do not necessarily have extra insulation. Consider wearing thick socks in colder weather.

What if the buckle breaks?

The decorative buckle is a stylistic feature. The functionality of the boot is not reliant on the buckle. If the buckle breaks, the boot can still be used.

Can I return the boots if the size is wrong?

Check the retailer's return policy for details on returns and exchanges.

Troubleshooting

Boots are leaking.

Check for any cracks or damage in the boot material. If found, discontinue use, or if under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

Boots feel too tight.

Ensure the correct size is being used. Try removing the insole for a bit more space if needed.
