What are the dimensions of the cushion?
The cushion measures approximately 120cm x 45cm with a thickness of 4cm.
Is the cushion completely waterproof?
The polyester cover is water and spill-resistant, designed to protect the inner padding from light rain and spills. For prolonged heavy rain, it is best to bring the cushions indoors or ensure they are thoroughly dried.
Can I put the entire cushion in the washing machine?
No, only the removable cover is machine washable. The inner cushion should be spot cleaned.
How do the ties work to secure the cushion?
There are two ties, one on each rear bottom corner of the cushion. These are designed to be tied around the legs or frame of the chair to prevent the cushion from shifting.
What colors are available besides blue?
This model is available in a variety of colors including black, lime green, red, dark blue, graphite, grey, beige, and floral patterns.
Can these cushions be used indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes, they are designed as all-purpose indoor and outdoor seat cushions.
How long will the cushion last?
With proper care, including cleaning the cover regularly and protecting it from prolonged extreme weather, the cushion is designed for durability and extended use.
Troubleshooting
Cushion slides off the chair
Ensure the rear ties are securely fastened to the chair frame. Adjust the tightness of the ties for a firmer hold.
Water has soaked through the cover
While the cover is water-resistant, prolonged exposure to heavy rain can lead to saturation. Remove the cover and allow both the cover and the inner cushion to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
Cover is difficult to remove or reattach
Ensure the zipper is fully open before attempting to remove the cover. Lay the cushion flat and carefully align the cover when reattaching, zipping slowly to avoid snagging.
Stains on the cushion cover
Remove the cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
