The primary benefit is the combination of comfortable cushioning and supportive design, making them suitable for both everyday wear and light training activities.
These trainers are designed for general use and light training. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced cushioning and support systems are recommended.
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat. Do not machine wash.
These trainers feature a flat heel type, which provides a stable base.
While durable, these trainers are not specifically designed for hiking trails. For hiking, footwear with enhanced grip and ankle support is generally recommended.
The ASICS Gel-Kahana TR V4 trainers are available in various adult male UK sizes. Please check the product listing for specific size availability.
These trainers use a lacing closure system, allowing for an adjustable and secure fit.
Loosen the laces, especially over the midfoot, and re-lace them evenly. Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks.
Clean the outsole to remove any dirt or debris that might be affecting grip. For persistently slippery conditions, consider if the surface is suitable for trainers.
Ensure the correct size and width are selected. Break in the shoes gradually if they are new. Check that the lacing provides adequate support without being too constrictive.
Setup:
The ASICS Gel-Kahana TR V4 trainers require no specific setup beyond lacing them to your preferred tightness. Ensure the laces are securely tied before each use to benefit from the intended fit and support.
Compatibility:
These trainers are designed for adult males and are compatible with standard sock wear. Their versatile design makes them suitable for a wide range of casual and athletic activities. They are not specifically designed for specialized sports requiring unique footwear features (e.g., cleats for soccer, specific support for basketball).
