FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
They are ideal for light exercise and road running, but they are primarily designed for comfort and daily wear rather than extreme endurance or trail sports.
How should I clean my Cloudtilt trainers?
Use a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not put them in the washing machine as this can damage the cushioning structure.
Does this model come in other sizes?
Yes, the Cloudtilt series is available in a wide range of sizes, though stock depends on the specific retailer and current regional availability.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required for additional arch support.
What does the UK 8.5 size signify?
This indicates the shoe length according to UK standard sizing, which is equivalent to a specific measurement designed for the average adult male foot profile.
Troubleshooting
Feeling instability during lateral movements
The Cloudtilt series is optimized for forward motion; ensure your laces are snug to improve foot lockdown.
Accumulated debris in the sole
Gently tap the soles against a hard surface or use a soft-bristled brush to dislodge small stones or grit from the cloud pods.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your On Cloudtilt trainers maintain their performance, follow these care guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size 8.5 to prevent slipping or friction points.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid submerging them in water or using harsh detergents.
- Air Dry: Always air dry your shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the foam cushioning.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup in the materials.
