The Hotter Chase II trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of everyday style and reliable comfort for active daily wear. Featuring integrated Cushion+ technology and premium leather construction, these shoes excel at reducing foot fatigue during long periods of walking. While they offer excellent support through OrthoLite foam, users should note that the specific fit may vary based on foot width, making the adjustable lace and side-zip system essential for a customized, secure experience.

Yes, the OrthoLite insoles are designed to be removable if you need to use your own custom orthotics.
No, because they are made of leather, machine washing will damage the material. Clean them by hand using a damp cloth.
Use the laces to secure the width across the bridge of your foot, then use the zipper for daily convenience.
It is a specialized sole technology by Hotter designed to absorb shock and provide extra energy return with every step.
The adjustable lacing system provides some flexibility for different foot volumes, though the base construction is standard fit.
Ensure no fabric or laces are caught in the track; rub a small amount of beeswax or a graphite pencil tip along the zipper teeth to lubricate.
Re-adjust the laces to tighten the midfoot hold, or consider adding a thin, secondary insole if the fit remains too loose.
Apply a high-quality leather cream or matching shoe polish to restore moisture and buff out minor surface scuffs.
To ensure the longest lifespan for your Hotter Chase II trainers, proper maintenance is key. Utilize the laces to set your preferred tension across the arch, then use the side zipper for daily wear to avoid unnecessary stress on the leather. For cleaning, wipe the leather exterior with a soft, damp cloth and use a leather conditioner periodically to prevent cracking. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the material and degrade the comfort-focused foam inserts.
