What is Intelliheat technology?

Intelliheat technology provides rapid warmth and is temperature-responsive, intelligently adjusting to changes in ambient temperature to ensure consistent and cozy comfort.

Troubleshooting

The throw is not heating up or appears to be off.

First, check that the Intelliheat detachable control is securely connected to the throw. Next, verify that the power cord is firmly plugged into a functioning electrical outlet. Ensure the control unit is switched 'on' and a heat setting has been selected. If the issue persists, unplug the unit from the wall, wait a few minutes, then re-plug and try again.

The heat feels inconsistent or not as warm as expected.

Allow the throw up to 5 minutes to reach its full operating temperature. The Intelliheat technology is designed to be temperature-responsive and may adjust slightly based on ambient conditions to maintain consistent comfort. Ensure the throw is not bunched up or covered excessively in a way that might impede heat distribution.

The Intelliheat control panel is unresponsive or displaying an error.

Try resetting the control unit. Disconnect the control from both the throw and the power outlet for approximately 10 minutes. Reconnect everything securely and attempt to turn it on again. Ensure the control unit itself is dry and free from any visible damage.
